Quality Flexible hones

Flexible honing brush is a new designed hone tools. It is comprised of abrasive globules laminated onto the ends of nylon filaments. Compared with conventional hone tools, its independent suspension ensures self-centering, self-aligning to bore and self compensating for wear.

Flexible honing brush is a perfect solution for deburring, polishing and edge-bending requirement. It also provides soft cutting action and remove burrs from cross- drilled holes. Flexible honing tools can be used on power tools, CNC equipments.

The minature hone diameter we can make is 6.4mm (1/4"). Regular hone material is silicon carbide, aluminum oxide. Hone grit can be available of 60, 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 400, 500, 600, 800 and more. Hone length and overall length can be customized. Regular hone length varies from 30mm to 150mm, overall length varies from 150 to 350mm. Stem material optional is galvanized steel, stainless steel, wooden shaft, steel shaft.
